hey ... i have two connections atm ... wc and wateen .. i was wondering is there any chance tht i can use both connections at a time on one pc ... i always thought it was not possible....but thn someone told me tht .. a software named midpoint can do tht .. but i cant seem to find tht software...any help would be appreciated.....

or if there is a software which switches my internet connection automatically ....if one is disconnected the other one starts on its own ..

how about if u just try to bridge them
u bridge them both the networks become one...

okay .. so ive researched alot .. and have tried everything .. but its not possible to connect two internet connections to get faster speed....but one thing which is possible is LOAD BALANCING ..but fr tht i need a router...load balancing is actuall tht .. u use one connnection for dwnloading and other connection for browsing ... but i dont have a router ... does any one know how to do this without any sort of router....

bridging is possible.who told you its not.simple as boOty told you bridge em.thats it.i have tried using 2x2mb ptcl ADSL connections and it did worked on vista x86.vista almost does everything itself.

EDIT : dont know about xp.

can any 1 verify this ???anyone tried this on XP...?? cause i have tried it and it dosent work on xp..the bridge is created but internet dosent run...i have two connections WC512 and Wateen 256...

Didnt work using xp, only via third party software you maybe able to make it done. Btw if you know how to work on linux you can easily get scripts for loadbalancing and loadsharing for two or more wans. Solaris has builtin feature for it, i wonder why u were not able to make midpoint work out. It worked all fine with mea year back when i was having three wan connections
