pc rating is calculated on basis of lowest score, my disk data transfer rate is low because my 160GB HDD is 4200 RPM

this rating i guess varies for destop and laptop
because i had a desktop wid specifications
2.13 core 2 duo
2 mb cache
1 gb ram
and rating was 4.7
and compare it with my laptop
2.5 core 2 duo
4 gb ram
6mb cache
and still rating is 4.0
