PTCL Issues

Hey guys,

PTCL is great, but sucks really badly at times. Does anyone know anyone "HIGH" up the ranks in PTCL? I need to make a huge complaint!

Any leads would be helpful. For insight, my internet starts to get unstable around morning time (7-9 am), when i actually start using it. Numerous complaints, nothing has been done. I know i can change my connection anytime (but i dont want to, coz i dont have the time or the nerve for the hassle so plz dont gimme that suggestion)

Plus i have a student package (get low quality if you pay less? Then wth is it called a student package!)

there isa damn strike going over at the ptcl side :@ dont know when it will be over but i heard that it could atleast take another month :S i need to get my bill straighten from them but damn it

how long have you been having trouble? coz i've had this prob since i got it like 3-4 months back!

and their customer support sucks really big time

plus they say that no extra taxes are charged (to student) while when the bill amount increases overall (since its the same bill Landline + Internet) the WH tax + GST increases itself. and they dont even accept this fact!
