signalling technique is different in VGA [Monitor] connector [Only for Monitos], while with the specific option for TV-OUT in VGA differs based on the TV Standards ... So, Mostly, Most PROBABLY, they wont Work or if they will Work, They wont support such Resolution/Color Scheme or PAL/NTSC Channels.
If Ur VGA Supports TV-OUT Port, Then its Much Much Better Rather than Using Such Conversion. So, in Such conditions.. Newer Laptops and Almost every Graphics Card nowadays Support separate TV-OUT Port.

And you should know svid looks like crap. Text is quite difficult to read and mostly everything looks blurry.
Videos will look fine, though there may be cutting of the frame depending on ur tv size and res. Same goes for games.
yeah text is blurry im using gforce 128mb card with tv out, i thought getting a direct cable from vga to tv meight works.
thanks for the help
any suggesion on tv-out vga cards for pc. or anything else that i can use with laptop. for tv-out
As far as I know there are no other options at all.
A TV out vga card? Well most tvs these days have direct vga/hdmi/dvi connections as do the newer graphics cards so the connection is direct vga-vga, dvi-vga, dvi-dvi etc.
And the direct cables ur showing above are simply vga to svid it seems, so the result will be the same.
only 1 professional option is available that is called Genlock its an device that converts VGA signal to AV or Avideo
cost is around 13 - 14k yes it is costly as i said its a commercial product but result is gr8.
