I called PTCL Helpline 1236. I told them that I'm on 1mbps and my Latency is high .. and what he replied "Sir Phir to Aap Lucky Hain" ... lol .. that guy didnt even knew that Latency being high is bad ... lol .. then i told him what it is .. and finally he said .. please complaint on 18.
