I Recieved message from WATEEN in my Control Panel that wateen is launching its DSL Services in 22 cities from tomorrow. below is the snapshot of message & Tariffs.

22 cities? Does any one know the list of those cities? I really hope ours is included. 2Mb is el cheapo. I can live with 30GB download limit.

off course 22 cities must include all the big cities...and even some small cities are included in these 22...but thats really good...they must give cheap rates to WiMAX ppl as well

i doubt they will be able to provide servers in 22 cities. Initially i think 4-5 major cities will be covered. Also so far looking over their wimax project, i am not too excited about their dsl.

how is the service of Wateen? is the speed good? does it really provides 2Mbps speed? how is the technical support?

I probably can also live with this 30GB limit, coz its only 50Rs/GB more... , also I can see that they'll lift this limit thing and make it unlimited.. so if it really gives 2Mbps then I see no reason why not to switch to it.

Wateen users: can you people tell me about the connection and speed etc? info on dsl package... thanx!
