No one that can do anything of that sort comes on these forums. 99% of the mods etc here do not work for wc (despite what many of you think, no, we dont sit at wc office and do this crap, and yes, i have been asked that many times), nor are we employed by wc, we just do this in our spare time, and i mostly do it to help members out. To save you further replies like the ones above i will close this thread now. Feel free to email wc etc any complaints you have, dont expect a reply, and preferably if you dislike the service move to one of the many other isp's (ptcl, ldn etc) If you like wc, great, stay with them, but this isnt the medium for solutions to problems like that.
