hello guys,
ok i had got my connection in march 512kb student package. first i tried in the whole march month for customer services to respond nothing. they even called everyday but still sent no one to check the cable or connection. finally had changed my wire and still i had sync problems as modem stopped responding even with good response. now recently complaint like friday,saturday and reminded them on monday and wala they phone guy came, he checked the modem and all told him wire is a ok but modem could be problem he said ptcl guy provided me with used modem as new were not available in march ok and i asked for replacement and he willingly told ok just give me a ride back to exchange and i will fix the modem for you. i gladly did that and one more thing he said the ptcl installation guys don't get commission for customer response ? and anyway i got Shiro ADSL2+ modem router with a dsl filter (not splitter) and things have been good. ptcl is improving must say and speeds is great but if you live far away from exchange he said you have to you fibre optic wire otherwise connection may not work.

umm well as far as internet service is considered that was awsome,i was on ONU and was using 2m connection and speeds were never less thn 280 KB/s.

changed my place.applied for new connection on feb 12th.......goes on 30 feb lineman came and was saying keh apko ONU nai lag sakta there is no pole in the street.[WTF].he left.


after 15 more days he showed again with old wire and saying 'sir abhi yahi wire ha batao lagwana ha ya nahi' there were i think 2-3 jionts in the wire.i got hyper and ask him what you want.the very only reply was 'sir 1000rs lagein ga yahi ho sakta ha'[WTF]

kheir i already waited a month or so maine dey diey.

within 2 hours a new wire and my own number of choice was done and active.[fcuk]

this country will never change.
