hey guys,
wanted to ask opinions who are using ptcl on copper wire, ok i changed my wire from a line man and new copper wire ok. got new shiro modem good speed good but still after like streaming a 45min episode in flash or like utube video for like 35-40 min and later my sync goes out but not before hmm is this common are we supposed to have this out of sync problem sometime? even for a second most of the time no problmes. hmm any ideas called helpline many times so could be network?

syncing issues usually don`t occur unless there is interruption in the copper link to the exchange.

two reasons for me:

1- Someone keeps on redialling a number on the cordless, if its just a long talk, that affects nothing

2- Linked lines within the house. i.e you have multiple fones or even one more line other than that connected to the DSL filter.
