Question for WC users

Hey guys,
its been 3 weeks since im using 512kb ptcl con. ( i had applied for 2 mb but the ptcl guys said my pole has some probs ) anyways 2mb did'nt work so they gave me 512kb instead , even on 512 i'm not getting maximum download speeds so they say they cant upgrade me to a better pakage and i need atleast 1mb ...
soo i'm thinking of converting back to WC . my past experience on WC was not so pleasant. Everyday i had to call them to fix my connection etc.
now i have moved back to my cantt house i'm thinking of getting WC again. I want to get 1mb wala con. . can u guys plz guide me ....
Is the service down most of the time ?
What speeds are u guys getting on 1mb ?
How much time will they take to hook it up ?

well im using wc 512kb atm ... the dwnload speed an upload speed is good though .. but the thing is .. its been a week since i got my connection ... and it has disconneted for atleast 10times ..
but for last 2 days it working fine ....im getting 60dwnload and 60 upload .. and i wont take more thn a day or two to get ur connection ..
if u compare all the ISP service wise ... thn hats off to WATEEN ... i used the connnection for atleast a year .. and never called their help line for any complaints ... but WC now is offering pretty good rates ... and u want 1mb which is for 2500...

Their service has improved a lot at my end. I have had no downtime for almost 10 or more days.
I'm using 512kbps and get around 60kb/s on torrents and Direct Download. I think you will get around 110-120 on 1mbps connection.
It took them only 1 day to install it at my place. Compared to LDN(2 weeks) and PTCL(1 week), WC does install net much much faster.
Other than that their customer service has improved a lot as well.
I can't believe that I'm actually complimenting WC, few months back mein galian de raha tha :P.

i think i will go down to the ptcl exchange and ask them to upgrade my con. to 1mb today or terminate my connection...if they tell me
"My complain has been forwarded" then fuk that i'm switching to WC . cuz they've been telling me everyday ur complain has been forwarded.

wateen isn't too good due to their bandwidth limit which is VERY low, apart from blocked ports and stuff.

MrPurple, it will lag on international servers...though WC's own server will work perfectly fine. Come on, i'll give you a beating on wc servers
