Help!

hey guys,
i just got wc yesterday and they gave me 64kb(as demo they say)
and they were suppose to upgrade it in 1 hour or so . But now it's more been then 24 hours. and the ppl on helpline not helping me ! . can anyone guide me to who i should contact about this matter ?
(i've already paid 3 months advance for my 1mb connection, an still they give me the demo version :@)

dont expect anything from them. From the day they upgraded their packages my internet is dead rather then working fast i get like 1-15kb average on 512kb

You should contact a diff isp and tell them to give u a connection. (lulz)

Anyways, id say go to the Wc office to try and get it done, the helpline will get u nowhere.

yesterday night my 1st call to them : they'll upgrade it in 2 hours
2nd call : first thing in morning
morning 1st call : in "2" hours
2nd call : it'll be upgraded in 24 hours
after 24hours passed:
1st call : it'll be upgraded tommorow , the guy who is suppose to upgrade is taking the day off
2nd call : its pending it will be upgraded in next 2 hours. It will be done automatically ( i dont know what he meant by that) well anyways i took that guys name and no. so i'll know who shit me over

Where do you live? Best thing would be to go to your area office and put some pressure on them to do it.

i'll wait till morning ...let's hope they upgrade me
if not then i'll go to their office ....
