PTCL cheated

hello guys,
well almost been two months using ptcl, first no bill for two months for internet, fixed line problem cost 700 rs. for new copper line, got new shiro modem still all the disconnections and bumps all the way anyway speed is good no doubt but now bill today was following

DSL 1580 Rs.

what the hell is this i have student package for 840rs./per month this is too much. this is reality of ptcl cheaters. as for customer service no such thing guy comes does some thing to the computer setting and nothing says call line man or something. this is their service even having lines fixed. plus got a bill of 5000rs this month combined.

i got 7000rs ptcl bill lol i went to the revenue office today and got them to look into it wth...

Good luck trying to get your bill corrected. A number of acquaintances of mine were steaming with anger with bill of 5,000+ when they had only applied for a 512k connection in the first place. I got mine 2 days ago, fortunately it was only 1600/- rs for the 2 months combined, as i myself was expecting the bill in 5k range and was ready to ask them to disconnect my line if that happened. Although i applied for the full 1200/- package, i still got 1600/- in my telephone bill, it seems they've automatically transferred my account to student package.

hey guys, checked with the telephone customer service they say i have combined bill but i don't know we will see next month what happens otherwise they say we charge only 840/month for students

they are charging you for every 2 months last month i didnot see anything in my bill about the net and in my this months bill it came as 8k with internet being charged at 3800 something when we asked them about this they said we charged you for a 2 month period and not one month

so ab May key maheny main april ka bill jo aya hey wo 840rs + 10 days of march ka aya hey jo 1140rs hain.

today i got wateen bill of Rs 7,946.77 , which includes Extra Usage of Rs 3909.47 , (unknown)Charges of Rs 2,000.00 & Rs 113.00(telephony), Line Rent of Rs 581.00(internet) & Rs 270(telephony)

just for the record , i payed the Line rent of both internet and telephony in my 11 - post dated cheques .

Customer services say they have some problem in the billing , and their relative departments will call u personally and corrected the problem . haha , like they gonna call , i have already experienced this before , they never called to solve my telephony issue , where it used to work online in the evening and never in the morning .

hell with wateen, 3 months of irresponsible customer services and stupid internet cap and chawal telephony .
i am gonna moved back to worldcall , atleast my internet had no cap and conencted 24/7 .

I only reason i choice wateen in the first place was coz its a international company and with new technology and upcoming excited package of video conference and HD cable .

omg this is so sick man ... i havn't reaceived my bill yet frm wateen but after seeing ur mishap im getting worried too bcoz i have not been charged once and im using wateen for past 3 months and have been downloaded 20GB+ since i got my connection :S

p.s. wht if i disconnect my internet connection rite now wil i have to pay the bill ???

I talked with them about disconnection/deactivation of my wateen connection .... They said " in order for a refund or disconnection of wateen services , we charge Rs 2,000 , but after the payment of the due amount .... ur package will be deactivated but refund of post dated cheques will only be done after paying the full total amount of dues and disconnection charges .... "

They are forcing us to stay with them as long as they want .... stupid rules and procudures ....
