simple...hook up your router/modem to ups and use your laptop

If you don't have ups then make your system automatically start when electricity comes back from bios, make your windows automatically logon and add your downloading software in windows startup.

no need of anything with wateen connection, modem operates on battery and laptop also operates on battery so hooray

waisay i use my laptop and 2nd bios mai konsi settings hain joe pc khud he on ker day lite annay per?

1) Start ur Computer
2) Press F2 or DEL to enter BIOS SETUP UTILITY
3) Go to Boot tab
4) Select After Power Failure : It should be on Stays Off, change it to Power On
5) Go to Exit tab, Select Exit Saving Changes (or Use the Short key F10)
6) You're Done.

Automatic Power On can screw up your computer. Internet Speed is good these days you can download a movie easily.

what do you mean by screwing a computer by automatic power on?

Power Surge can damage your components or like fluctuations. So forget the auto turn on feature.

Use some laptop or download manager like Getright.
