PTA's response to my complaint against WC

Guys, u can consider complaining PTA through mail if you're having any serious trouble with any ISP...

i mailed PTA, and following is the mail i got from them...

Yes they often reply back with snail mail to you, regarding the issue you are facing. I have done it in the past and everytime i sent them a complain i always get a reference number for follow up.
