Latency Issue

I got WC re installed a month ago and since then im having problems with it. They fixed all the disconnection issues but im still getting high latencies in all online game, eg CS, COD4, WOW. I called WC many times and they tell me that my internet connection is fine, their technical teams that visit me also tell me the same thing. I get around 50-62 kb/s dl speed, which i think is fine for 512 kb/s. I am very confused about this prob, has any1 else faced a similar prob? Please give me a solution if any 1 has.Any help will be appreciated.

Edit:

wc modem is attached to netgear and i use net thru wireles, i have also tried upgrading my netgear's firm ware and my laptop's wireless card's driver aswell but to no avail.
i did not have latency issues when i was using wateen so im pretty sure that the router is fine.

how much ping do you get? and which servers are you joining?

yup i face the same issue,

i usually play joint operations combined arms which mostly doesnt work well with wc... high latency rate is in wc's hood lol, don't worry ur drivers r fine...

reconnect wateen

or go for another isp...
