I wanted to have a progress on this point that's y i didn't upload this letter before... anyways, as in Ramzan there wasn't any wapda issue, only a few times I faced unconnectivity, due to which the guy who was handling this issue was like: abhi toh mey complaint close ker raha hoon, but agr aaap ko Ramzan k badh koi problem aaye toh dekh layn gey...
and yah, the printed text on the letter was really dim, that's y i edited it after scanning to make it readable, i did some pangay with the contrast n stuff - sorry for the shitty quality, but its readable...

ps. would i be right in thinking that wc did something like buying rights to these black cableNet wires we use for broadband? is this or something like this the reason no other isp offeres cableNet?

wateen does in DHA.. and there is some spidernet or something in Garden Town Sher Shah Block area, my friend gets 100+ download on his 512kbps and he pays 600 per month lol...

dude the only reason i have wc is that phone lines in my area are 20 years old more i guess so phone may haad say zayda disturbance hoti hai aaj kaal apparently one of the pipes with wires is flooded..mera phone was disconnected fer over 3 weeks so ptcl and ldn are out of the question (i have tried em also :P ) btw ptcl was waaaay better then ldn likin i got in the begining so i guess they still had some 'kinks' to work out aaj kaal pata nahi
