VoIP Problem!

I am facing a problem with my VoIP since a couple of days. I cant actually configure out the problem. I've been using the configured router for calling America/Canada since around 3 years with no problem.
Since a couple of days, the phone light on the router isnt coming. However, the internet(through the router is working flawlessly). I just wanted to ask whether its blocked by Ptcl or maybe by my ISP(Wateen) or is anybody else facing the same problem?

I remember a time when it was blocked by PTCL or by some other source for some days after which it was unblocked.
And yeh, when i check the status of the router, it says "Can't connect to login server" or Registration status = "Offline"

Do i need to configure the router again?

Any help would be really appreciated

my Voip was working on ptcl!!! and now its currently working flawlessly on worldcall as well! r u using Vonage? or wat/

Vonage (WRTP54G) working fine here on WC

make sure VoIP bill is payed lol. Try to check it at ur friend's place.

Yeh em using Vonage...

The bill is paid, but when i call their customer support (Vonage) , they say that you need to configure your router...
I was like it was fine before 2 days... Why do i need to configure the router again?
I also called Wateen and asked them whether they have done something like blocking it.. But they said that they havent.
Still after asking them i have a certain doubt that WAteen themselves have blocked it..
YEh checking at a friends place is a better idea... But i would have to configure the router on his computer and all this :@:@

i was also using USA termination since so long, but recently i cannot use it and reason behind it is that PTA has stated blocked voIP without prior permission, and to use VoIP you need to have license from PSEB pakistan, and they will register you IP spool so that you may use voice from those registered IPs only.

i confirmed it from my termination provided to whom i bought minutes for soft phone, he said PTA has started blocking unregistered IP's and i myself had a call center license when i was running my own call center, since i have shut down operation i didn't renew license and i also got call from PSEB (Pakistan Software Export Board) they said you need to renew your license and also they told me when you renew your license kindly let us know your ip's so that we can allow those ips to use Voice without any interruption.

So i m sure PTA has done something to stop illegal VoIP usage in pakistan.

PTA hasnt blocked voip, what they have done is block port range from 5060-5065 which is normally used for voip and in use from cheap voip providers. If you are using high profile voip users like lingo, vonage, packet8 etc etc, they always keep multiple ports for voip service. I wonder what hardware are you using for vonage, as they have plug and play hardware for voip. Best try checking at your friend place and reconfig your router if possible will do the trick.
